Our Process

We use the tape-casting process to manufacture thick film substrates for ceramic hybrids. we can deliver as-fired substrates as well as precision machined, lapped and polished substrates. Our specialty is in making large area substrates from 15"x 15" up to 24"x 24". We are currently expanding our production capacity to make 36"x 36" substrates which we expect to be completed in the near future.

CTAL-96

We manufacture 96% alumina substrates with excellent as-fired surface finish. The surface of these substrates require minimal to none lapping and polishing making it cost effective to our customers.
